- The marina of departure is located at Cancun
- The Catamaran can be a double decker or one floor sailing, this is assigned a the marina
- Snorkeling or Isla Mujeres stop may be cancelled due to weather or rough seas. Its unavailability is not grounds for a partial nor full refund.
- Pregnant travelers can't participate
- Biodegradable Sunscreen is the only allowed
- Children can only participate in the snorkel with the company of one parent or guardian
